Skoda Vietnam Officially Launches New Generation Kodiaq

Skoda Vietnam introduced the Kodiaq New Generation on February 25, 2025, imported from Europe. The new model follows the first generation, which sold nearly 900,000 units globally and won more than 40 international awards.

Available in Premium and Sportline trims, the Kodiaq New Generation is powered by a 2.0L Turbo TSI (190 PS, 320 Nm) with a 7‑speed DSG and 4×4 drive. It holds a 5‑star Euro NCAP rating. Retail prices are 1,450,000,000 VND (Premium) and 1,480,000,000 VND (Sportline), and early buyers receive a 5‑year or 150,000 km warranty.

Design & Technology

Adopts the Modern Solid design language with overall dimensions of 4,758 × 1,864 × 1,678 mm and a 2,791 mm wheelbase, optimised for seven passengers. Exterior features include 19‑inch alloy wheels and a Skoda Crystal Lighting cluster with a 36‑module Matrix LED system for class‑leading illumination.

Interior & Tech

Minimalist, premium cabin with a 10‑inch Virtual Cockpit and a 13‑inch central display supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Controls include Smart Dials, and the German CANTON sound system offers 14 speakers with a 16‑channel DSP amplifier.

Performance & Safety

Equipped with a 2.0L Turbo TSI petrol engine producing 190 PS and 320 Nm, paired with a 7‑speed DSG and a modern 4×4 system. Seven driving modes (Eco, Comfort, Normal, Sport, Snow, Off‑road, Individual) optimise performance. Safety systems include a 5‑star Euro NCAP rating, seven airbags, traction control and a 360° camera.
