Immediately after the Brand Launch Ceremony on September 23, Skoda authorized dealers in Vietnam opened in succession. On September 30, 2023, Skoda Buon Ma Thuot — the first authorized dealer meeting FFD (full function dealership) standards in the Central Highlands — officially began operation.
With an area of over 3500m2, Skoda Buon Ma Thuot, located at 3 Tran Nhat Duat Street, Tan Loi Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province, is currently the largest Skoda dealer in Vietnam. The dealer is invested in modern infrastructure and advanced equipment, meeting Skoda global standards. Customers are served according to Skoda Vietnam's FFD standards, including sales, warranty and maintenance, and genuine Skoda spare parts.
