On October 1, 2023 Skoda Go Vap — the first authorized Skoda dealer in Ho Chi Minh City meeting FFD (full function dealership) standards — officially began operation. The dealer serves as a key milestone for delivering Skoda's products and services in the city's market.
Located at 255 Nguyen Van Luong with an area of over 2000m2, the facility covers sales, service, genuine spare parts and community activities, and introduced the Kodiaq and Karoq SUVs at its opening.
The dealer spans more than 2000m2 and is designed as a full-function facility offering sales, warranty and maintenance, and genuine Skoda spare parts.
Staff were carefully selected and trained to Skoda standards. Sales and after-sales services were emphasised to deliver an international customer experience.
At the opening event Skoda Go Vap presented two SUV models, the Kodiaq and the Karoq, to attendees in Ho Chi Minh City.
